1. Improve graduation rate to above 90%

4. Introduce foreign language instruction at the elementary level

math and science instruction at the elementary level

6. Explore the possible expansion and renovation of the high school

7. Explore the issue of offering sign language as a means of satisfying

  the foreign language requirement

1. Contact website developer in order to update and manage website

2. Encourage and promote the development of individual teacher web

  sites

3. Continue to utilize schootool's parent portal as a means of

  communicating with parents

4. Implement the "Alert Now" software to provide automated phone and

 email messages to parents

5. Extend our dropout prevention efforts to middle school and high

 school

6. Promote targeted, focused professional growth for all staff members

7. Use regular instructional meeting time to plan possible elementary

 curricular changes in math

8. Utilize our website for regular messages from the Superintendent and

 Building Principals

9. Convene a Board level committee to explore an expansion and

 renovation of our high school library
