Meet The Candidates Night |

The Saranac Lake Teacher’s Association is holding a “Meet the Candidates Night” in the High School Large Group Instruction room at 7 p.m. this Monday, May 13th. This is open to the public. It will be an excellent opportunity to hear the candidates present their ideas and answer questions. If you cannot make it, you can still have a question posed to the candidate during the forum. Please e-mail questions you would like posed to the candidates to thilljos@slcs.org. |

The Saranac Lake Central School District will be using a six-day schedule (A-day, B-day, C-day, D-day, E-day, F-day) in all schools instead of a Monday-Friday schedule. A student’s schedule will indicate on which day a class takes place. All district schools will be on the same day. For example, if school starts on a Wednesday, that day will be an “A-day" in all Saranac Lake Central School District schools. If a day is missed unexpectedly, such as for a snow day, all schools will go on to the next letter day when the students return to school. For example, if we have a snow day on an “A” day, and the students return to school the next day, that day will remain as a “B” day as it was originally scheduled.
